Create Your Own Superhero Story
Invent a hero with a power, a weakness and a secret, then throw them into trouble.
Superhero stories are full of action, but the best ones are really about the person under the mask. Who are they when they're not saving the day?
Pick a power (and make it interesting)
Super strength and flying are fun, but a surprising power can make a much more original story.
- Talking to pigeons (who are very, very gossipy).
- Making anything sticky with one touch.
- Pausing time for exactly three seconds.
- Turning invisible, but only when nobody is looking.
Every hero needs a weakness
If your hero can do everything, there's no danger. Give them a weakness or a limit. Maybe the power runs out, works only at night, or goes wild when they're nervous.
Okay 😐
Thunder Girl was the strongest person in the world, and she beat every villain easily.
Wow! 🤩
Thunder Girl could lift a bus. Unfortunately, her power only worked when she was angry, and she was having a really lovely day.
Two lives, one secret
Many superheroes have a secret identity. That gives you double the trouble: saving the city and getting your homework in on time. What happens when the two lives crash into each other?
The bank alarm went off at exactly the moment Mr Patel said, "Spelling test, everyone. Pens out." Ravi looked at the window. He looked at his pen. He put up his hand. "Sir, I think I left my... cat... on."
